So I just started doing this, because of my sister, age told me to try eating 300 calories per meal, to give my liver chance. So I downloaded the "lose it" app and I'm on my 3rd day. And I'm seeing positive results! I thought it would be difficult but it really hasn't, I just tell myself, I'll eat more later, cause I Love to eat. This is pro ably the happiest diet I've been on since I can eat what I want, just in smaller portions divided up throughout the day. Solve been looking for meals and foods that are low in calories, low in sugar and carbs.

So this is a typical "Snack" for me, just slightly over 300 calories but small kine dat kine. I found that by the end of the day, I still have like 700 calories left to spare! I've also been drinking more water and checking my blood pressure. The whole purpose of this is so I can live longer. I Love life, I really do. I want yo keep enjoying it so I've gotta be more aware and conscious of my decisions because " decisions determine destiny".

Making better decisions

Ive cut soda out of my daily life. I'll save that for special occasions. I haven't drunken any soda in about 5 days. I also stopped my coffee, even though it was decaf, I switched to mushroom tea and also Jamaica tea for my blood pressure. I started going to bed at 10pm. Putting my kids to bed same time. And I've noticed these little changes make noticeable improvements after awhile. Even a 5% change in direction over time will have you on a different course. So I'm very hopeful.

So for now, 300 calories a meal. If I want to eat big, like after my faikava, ill be going with a salad💪🤙💯🎯
